Persian cooking class was held by Ms. Zaynab

We learned three Persian dishes from Zaynab who came from Iran.

01. Mirza Ghasemi (Grilled eggplant dip)
02. Olivieh Salad (Potato and boiled egg salad)
03. Sholeh Zard (Saffron-flavored rice pudding)

I had never heard of these things before, so I had no idea what kind of dish it was,
but familiar dishes to Japanese people like grilled eggplant, rice porridge, boiled potatoes,
and eggs made me think "Hmm," and I made it happily while being surprised by the rose water.
We also used saffron luxuriously.
